FAQ

Where are you based and where do you travel?

I am currently in Santiago de Chile, the city where I was born and raised. However, I love to travel and have visited many places, including Mexico, Colombia, New Zealand (where I once lived), Australia, Japan, Spain, Belgium, among others. So yes, I am ready to capture moments anywhere around the globe. Share your vision with me, and together we’ll bring it to life.

What is your style of photography?

I am a documentary photographer, which means I revel in crafting a narrative of your wedding day by capturing each spontaneous moment and preserving long-lasting emotions and memories. If I had to define my work using three adjectives, they would be documentary, artistic, and editorial.

Do you photograph families, social events, or more posed shots?

Indeed. The work showcased on my website and social media reflects the perspective I strive to convey. Sometimes, I highlight elements that resonate most with me as a creator, those that align with my aesthetic vision. However, I am always open to photographing your friends, family, or any group of people. My priority is ensuring that the photos are meaningful to you, and that they become cherished memories in your lives. Don’t hesitate to request a full gallery to see everything I include.

How far in advance should I book, and what is the process like?

Typically, couples begin reserving their dates a year in advance. As a guiding principle, I recommend securing the suppliers and providers you want to work with the most first. Start with booking the venue, then the caterer, photographer, and other details.

When would you recommend having a second photographer?

This is an important consideration if you wish for more comprehensive coverage of your wedding. If you have a large guest list, multiple activities happening simultaneously, or if having two photographers makes you feel more at ease, then a second photographer is a good choice. Additionally, if you want to capture the preparations of both bride and groom in separate locations, a second photographer is the ideal way to ensure that every moment is beautifully documented.

Can we have a meeting beforehand to discuss my ideas?

Absolutely. It’s essential for us to meet so we can connect and make sure our visions align. It’s also important that you feel a connection with the person who will be capturing your wedding. This meeting is also the perfect opportunity to ask any and all questions you may have.
